What we do

We built ExpenseTracker around a simple idea: the easiest place to log a purchase is the chat app you already have open. Send a message like “Lunch $15” or “Uber 22.50”, and our AI extracts the amount, merchant, category, and date, writes a row to your Google Sheet, and replies with a confirmation in under five seconds.

You can also ask questions in plain language, like “how much did I spend this week?”, and get an instant summary. Every Sunday you get a weekly recap, plus alerts before you go over budget.

What we believe

• Your data belongs in your Sheet, not ours. We do not keep a copy of your ledger and we never sell or advertise on your financial data. Read the Privacy Policy.
• Tracking should take seconds. No forms, no logins, no learning curve. If you can send a text, you can track your spending.
• Spreadsheets are the most flexible budget tool there is. Because everything lands in Google Sheets, you can chart it, export it, or build on top of it.
